Team Training

We train many local sports teams at Grand Trunk in Hartland and New Hudson!

CrossFit is a great method to train young people to perpetuate them in their sport of choice.  We take high intensity functional movements over broad time domains & apply them to your sport.  All sports are different & we can customize for your team.

Each class has a CrossFit Coach & will lead your team through a training session.  Typically lasts 45 minutes – 1 hour.
