I have always been involved in fitness and health, and it has been a huge part of my life. I have participated in multiple sports over the years, including high school and college cheer, NPC body building, and equestrian. As a Type 1 Diabetic, exercise is key to managing my disease and ensuring a healthy future. One of the great things about CrossFit is that anyone and everyone can participate, no matter your physical obstacles. It is incredibly rewarding to show people that you can embrace fitness and make it work for your specific requirements. CrossFit fosters an amazing community of supportive people; it is not just about hitting a PR, it is about bettering yourself inside and out!


I have been a member at Grand Trunk since 2017 and it’s amazing how time flies when you’re having fun! I began coaching in early 2020 and have enjoyed it so much. You know you have a great box when you not only work out there, but you want to work there, too! I love helping people learn, grow, and be the best version of themselves.
