Program Details & Description

At Grand Trunk CrossFit in New Hudson, MI, our CrossFit Kids/Teens program is designed to instill a lifelong love for fitness in our younger members. Through fun and engaging workouts, we foster a supportive environment where kids and teens can build strength, confidence, and healthy habits.
