About the Program

Youth Sports Performance training is built for girls and boys ages 9-11 and focuses on overall strength, footwork, speed, quickness, conditioning and body control, Increasing explosive power, muscular endurance, and agility.


When: Mondays 630-730pm, starting June 24th-July 29th.


Where: Includes 6 sessions at Grand Trunk CrossFit, including inside and outside training.


Total cost: $90


Limit 16 athletes.
